Had a really meaningful day today. Went to be the photographer for a school event. Today the VS Soccer boys, mainly, held a 1-day camp for the mentally challenged children from Katong Special School. I have brought from this not the 10 hours of CIP points, but many great experiences and lessons.
These challenged children may not have the normal EQ or IQ we may have, but they are as human or even more so than any of us. Their innocent characters, their happy faces, their friendly smiles, hearty laughs, their easily-contented lives. Sometimes it really makes me wonder, most of us live in this fast-paced society filled with complications and stress, are we near comparable to these children? Are we happy? Are we contented? No. We want more. We never have enough. We are not contented, neither are we happy.
But here they are. Contented by the simplest things in life. True friendship they try to have with us. No ulterior motives, no other reason. They just want to be friends.
They are themselves. Are they blessed? They are ultimately the ones who are truly happy. How I wish, i could lead a life like that. One with no worries. One with no stress. One where I never ask for more, happy with what I have. One in which I can truly be myself. One in which I can be contented, for once, with life. Alone in darkness at

This is it. THE day. The sec 4s are officially free. Its time for the sec 3s to bring the board and school to greater heights, hopefully. Mansoor is right. We can never return to Victoria what it has given us. What we CAN do is to do our bit. Sec 4s, although you have left the board you will always be the seniors we hold high in respect. We will carry the torch from where you have left and bring it further down this never-ending journey through life.
Sec 4s remember. We do not return to you mother, because we never really left. The doors of the Victoria School Prefectorial Board will always be open for you.
Anyways, after farewell handover ceremony was FUN, FUN and alot more FUN. Lolx. first some of us went bowling. Hahax. And I suck lah as usual. :P Then we went over to Parco Bugis' Seoul Garden and ate like NEVER before. Emphasis is on the NEVER. Lolx. Then after that went to the fountain. Enjoyed ourselves SO much. Standing in it while taking photos. WET WET WET. Lolx. It was fun. Sharaf got shot in the head by the beam of water. -_-" Then we went to walk around Bugis not really doing anything. TASCI stands for Temasek Academy Students' Council Investiture. Lolx.
Yups, today went for their first ever invest. Temasek Academy was like damn nice ah. Lolx. Haiz. How I wish I had even considered going to it.
Hahax. Today went there like 1 hour early lor. Then one gurl, I think her name was Yixiu, came to bring us on a tour cause cant go into Auditorium yet. Then we walked around damn awkardly lah. Lolx. Cause we were the first school there then when walk around everyone were looking at us like we from Mars likedat. Lolx.
Okaex. Then later we went to the Auditorium to watch the ceremony lorx. Lolx. Then the walk-in all very nice. Lolx. Then Vishi wah look damn serious seh. Hahax. Then dunno why ah, when seated on the stage, he started laughing. Lolx.
Then the video they show was quite nice also. Hehex. But Vishi appeared in it like ABIT too many times ah. Hahax. Anyways, as expected, after that Vishi took us on a school tour again. Then we walked around the school like 4, 5 times. Lolx. Damn weird. We just walk around and talk talk and catch up on things. Hahax.
Haiz. Then Vishi started talking about Wendy again( sorry ah ) but its damn funny. Said how he make fun of us then had to almost kena slapped before he stopped. HAHAX. Im not being evil but you sorta had it coming Vishi. :P Sorry ah Wendy. Vishi said that you were around us for a few times. I didnt notice. Lolx.

Wahahaha. Today Prefect & Student Dialogue with the Sec1s seriously screwed up man. Seriously, we cant do anything about your displease with anything at all if you dont wanna let us know what you are unhappy with or whatever.

Alright. Here goes nothing. I started this blog for fun, no seriously, for fun, no seriously ... aiya ... you know what I mean. I know my grasp of English is like *cough* *cough*. So, those of you who already have sore eyes from reading the first part can .... erm ... you know ... ya. -_-"
For those who dun already know, Im Austang. (: Yes people, keep grinning. Courtesy of Mr. Tay's ALL STANG(all stand)! No Im not talking about myself, lets just say he's some retired maths teacher who has a sense of humor ... er ... no wait .... he IS it.
Anyways, yesterday the 5 Head Prefect Elections 2005 candidates released. Fortunately (or unfortunately i dont know ) my name was NOT on the list. The truth is, I really dont know. Luckily the Head Prefects decided not. Fine with me, really. I really dun care or mind. Well, at least thats over and done with.
